Here we go with the "illegal" wiretaps again. I doubt the President would have periodically briefed Congressional leaders of both parties, over the course of a couple years, if anyone *truly* thought this was illegal.
And the FISA court, the one everyone wants to issue the warrants for this surveillance? They've already ruled that the President has the inherent authority to conduct these wiretaps.
